Project Implementation

After land registration in your own name, building construction will be done through collective payment of construction costs in installments. During construction, the building will be constructed with materials of your choice, giving you peace of mind. Reservation: The institution reserves the right to accept or cancel any application. Money receipt will be provided subject to timely payment and confirmation.

Land Registration in the last week of March 2026.
The buyer shall bear all expenses including deed execution fee and government tax, transfer fee, registration fee, VAT, gain tax (source tax), institution's service charge, and all other government taxes and related charges (fees, taxes).
