Project Implementation

After land registration in your own name, building construction will be done through collective payment of construction costs in installments. The buyer shall bear all expenses including deed execution fee and government tax, transfer fee, registration fee, VAT, gain tax (source tax), institution's service charge, and all other government taxes and related charges (fees, taxes).
